We have mastered cooking the perfect roast, and it will have your guests getting up for seconds.
Most popular has proven to be our roast beef and roast pork. These are both prepared lightly seasoned and can be sliced, trayed and supplied with a side of gravy.
Roasts are priced at a raw rate of $26.99 p/kg for pork or beef.
As a good guide we suggest 2.8kgs will feed approximately 15 – 20 guests.
For roasts that are sliced, trayed and supplied with gravy, we charge $110 per tray (2.8kgs feeding 15-20 guests)
Our famous pulled pork and beef brisket are also available, ready to reheat and serve.
